  Not sure about the most expensive...
  but China First is pretty damn cheap. As I recall, it's something like $3-4 for their lunch special. Can't say that it doesn't affect the quality, but cheap is always nice too.

    I agree...China First has got to be the cheapest for "decent" sized lunch entrees. I wouldn't know the most expensive, but of all the restaurants I've been to for diiner w/ wait staff...it's been roughly the same...
